A note if you agree.. I'm pretty sure I know the ones that will. Think of someone you know or love who has lost a baby or a child. Tough day today, got my calender all messed up and missed an appointment, making lots of bids and appointments now I need some of them to pay.
Ok now I have to prepare and deliver a 10 min presentation for Wednesday morning to the business networking group in houston. Public speaking is not my strength so I hope I don't choke on the assignment.
Happy Monday everyone, hope all had a good Easter, my daughter came to visit from school which made it a good day. She graduates in May so lots of activities coming up finishing school deciding where to live and where to work, but she seems excited about it. I keep trying to find her work here, but I think she wants to stay in Austin.
Another early day coming up, business meeting at 7:00, biggest job yet starting, ribbon cutting at the chamber of commerce, have to make a speach about my new company, photo opportunities for the papers. wish you could all be there.

Hello, I see I have not posted much lately, I have tried to get by to say hello and see what you all have been posting. I have been busy networking, meeting people and all trying to build the business. Next week I am having a ribbon cutting at the chamber of commerce so I have to come up with a presentation for that ocasion as well as plan food and drinks and sending reminders and invitations. I appriciate everyone's support and friendship through the unemployment to business owner transition.
Went to see "Crazy Heart" lots of familiar places and theme there. Jeff's character was much like my uncle except for the star part. He kinda looked that way most of the time, wester shirt a bit rough, but he tought me electric work and now its my business. One of the lines from a song in the movie "some times fallin feels like flying"----------- "for a little while"
